July 2019 Chapter Meeting

Jul 16 2019

Every project succeeds or fails based in part by how successful a project team manages stakeholders. This presentation will help project managers understand the challenges of working with stakeholders and how to insure your project is a success in their eyes.

The stakeholder Management challenges:

  • Unclear Stakeholders - those who do not clearly articulate enough or who are not open and honest about their interests and expectations.
  • Unidentified Stakeholders - those who were not identified early in the project
  • Unreasonable Stakeholders - those who do not embrace what some refer to as "reason" and "the laws of physics"
