Join us as we welcome Darian Bebout, Adjunct Professor at WSU’s Center of Management Development, who will help all of us increase our Emotional Intelligence Quotient. Darian will be sharing how he grew to understand, recognize, implement and fully appreciate the value of Emotional Intelligence (EI) to any individual's success. As a senior manager at Boeing and Spirit AeroSystems, he observed and experienced multiple situations of the impact EI can have, both positive and negative, to the situations’ outcomes. During the session, Darian will share real-world concepts of why the application of EI is crucial to someone’s success.
