Wichita entrepreneur Jennifer McDonald founded Jenny Dawn Cellars, Wichita’s
first urban winery startup in 2016. In 2019, Jenny Dawn Cellars opened a store
front which includes an event venue, wine tasting rooms and an on-site wine
production facility.

Join us on March 24th as Jennifer gives us a look into the life of the Jenny Dawn
Cellars project with a special event just for PMI Wichita! The Wineucation Project
will feature tastings of six of Jenny Dawn’s wines, along with food pairings for each
tasting from local restaurants. Jennifer will tell the story of how she created Jenny
Dawn Cellars, the hurdles that she faced in managing that project, and the lessons
she learned along the way.
