Katelyn Botts is currently a Project Manager supporting teams in the delivery of CRM implementations. Prior, she led global project teams at IBM in delivering multi-million dollar disaster recovery and cloud data migration solutions. While these types of projects require different delivery approaches, Katelyn knows how quickly things change in IT and how critical it is for project teams to remain nimble regardless of the type of project. Katelyn holds an array of Project Management certifications (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) and leverages that knowledge, combined with experience, to determine how best to support her team and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
