Our chapter's own VP of Finance, Ashfaque Mohib, PhD, PMP will share with us a project management software he has been working with in partnership with BG Products (you'll remember that Steve and Matt spoke last month). 

PRIMO combines predictive and agile project management methodologies in lean manufacturing environments to quickly adapt to changing customer requirements and prioritize market demands. Her main objective is to optimize the entire product development process, including end-to-end value stream mapping, normalized information flow, real-time work-in-process monitoring, and data analytics-based decision-making.  

Her approach involves using simple tools and techniques from various management sciences to streamline and improve the efficiency of the prioritized product development process. She ultimately aids in delivering better outcomes from all agile team members.
