Learn what qualities make up effective and enjoyable meetings using a workshop format. Anyone who leads or participates in business, non-profit, church or civic club meetings will benefit from the information presented. Participants will improve their facilitation skills, learn how to implement non-traditional meeting styles within their organizations, and learn how to get more out of the meetings they attend.

Cynthia A. Gardner- Meerian earned her M.A. in communication from Wichita State University and was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, a communication honors sorority. In 2008 and 2009, she was awarded the Don and Lyne Stephen Graduate Fellowship. In 2005, she was the recipient of the Bill Gove scholarship from the National Speakers Association.
