About our speaker:

Marcus Beard has over 17 years of experience as a project manager (Predictive and Agile) and technology professional. Marcus has led process improvement initiatives and provided technical leadership in multiple large-scale software deployment projects.

Marcus also has a passion for teaching and giving back to the project management community and is an instructor for Project Management Academy/Educate 360 (Project Management Institute Authorized Training Provider - ATP)

Marcus received his bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Quality Management from Belmont University.

Marcus holds several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP),  and Information Technology Infrastructure Library Expert (ITIL Expert v3).
