Rosa brings a wealth of experience to her expanding consulting practice in the
Human Side of Lean. She has over 25 years of experience in a wide range of
industries and professions, ranging from entrepreneur to real estate to sales.
The key thread in all her experience is a commitment to continuous improvement and outstanding
customer satisfaction.
A knowledgeable and engaging presenter, she is a hands-on practitioner, spending much of her time
working with teams, coaching through both project and leadership development. Her goal is to help
clients achieve a Culture of Improvement, focusing on Lean and Leadership principles addressing the
dimensions.
