About Our Speaker:
Danielle Johnson embodies the mantra: "Think, speak, and act for yourself and your community."

As the Executive Director of Wichita Habitat for Humanity, she advocates for affordable housing, serves as a conversation catalyst, and actively engages in community mobilization and volunteer work.

A proud product of USD 259 public schools, Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in public administration from Wichita State University. Actively involved in board and committee service, she currently serves on several boards, including Kansas Habitat ASO, CORE Inc, Wichita Urban Professionals, Wichita Branch NAACP, HealthCore Clinic, Advance Kansas Advisory Board, and Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Wichita Chair.

Danielle, along with her spouse, District 1 Councilman Brandon Johnson, are proud parents of three children. With a wealth of nonprofit and community engagement experience, Danielle emphasizes the importance of representation and passionately strives to contribute positively to the community.

Her driving force is a profound passion for the community, understanding that it thrives when individuals come together.
