About Our Speaker:

Troy Tabor serves as the Director of Innovation Intelligence at Wichita State University’s College of Innovation and Design. With over 13 years of experience as a council member for the City of Andover, Troy has deep insights into local government operations and community needs. He has also served on the boards of key organizations, including the Kansas League of Municipalities, Wichita Area Metropolitan Association, Network Kansas, and NXTUS.

Troy is a recognized leader in AI-driven solutions, digital transformation, and strategic growth. He is currently spearheading the Digital Literacy: Practical AI workshops, a pioneering initiative designed to empower communities and organizations with AI knowledge and skills. His goal is to equip participants with practical AI tools that can enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and drive innovation within county operations.
