ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
The transition to Industry 5.0 is changing how quality and project teams work together. There are several teams who work in a hybrid or virtual environment, diverse stakeholders are often required to work together on cross-functional initiatives, and the emergence of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Games are a unique tool that can be used to bring together teams, teach new skills, and help us adapt to the modern workplace. The introduction of quality improvement, agile, change, or new projects often create conflict and difficult conversations. Quality and project managers are curious about how to leverage AI tools to increase efficiency or effectiveness. This workshop will examine emerging trends in quality and project management, provide several practical tools to help quality and project managers achieve success, and share best practices from using games, managing conflict, and leveraging AI tools to build thriving organizations.
