If you’ve ever worked on-or alongside-public sector projects, you know… it’s not just about scope, schedule, and budget.

Join us for our upcoming PMI Wichita Chapter Meeting featuring Greg Gann, Deputy CIO of Sedgwick County, as he shares a real-world perspective on project management in a complex, high-accountability environment.

Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

  • How public accountability changes project decision-making
  • Navigating budget cycles, procurement, compliance and transparency constraints
  • Balancing stakeholder expectations across elected officials, departments & residents
  • Measuring success when outcomes are service-oriented, not profit-driven
  • Lessons learned from government project governance

Whether you’re in public or private sector, these insights translate across industries and project environments.
