PMI’s research shows that project success requires more than delivering scope on time and within budget. It requires project professionals to take greater ownership of value, stakeholder perceptions, changing conditions, and the broader environment surrounding the project.

In this virtual Lunch & Learn, PMI Wichita will take a deeper look at M.O.R.E., the framework PMI developed to help project professionals improve project outcomes.

We will explore:

• The vision, value, and measurement fundamentals that support project success
• The four elements of M.O.R.E.: Manage Perceptions, Own Success, Relentlessly Reassess, and Expand Perspectives
• The measurable impact of applying M.O.R.E. consistently
• Why stakeholders expect project professionals to take responsibility for these behaviors
• Six M.O.R.E. maturity levels, from Task Manager to Enterprise Value Leader
• Common barriers to adoption and the motivations that help professionals advance
• Specific practices associated with measurable improvements in project success

You will leave with a clearer understanding of where you currently operate on the M.O.R.E. maturity curve and what practices can help you take the next step.

This session builds on the research introduced in Maximizing Project Success with PMI, but attendance at the first session is not required.

This virtual event is open to PMI members and non-members, both locally and beyond.
